Improving our customer cashout experiences in South Africa

At Zeam, we know how important it is to get your cash quickly and reliably. We have updated our cashout experience to widen our network of cashout retailers.

As part of this journey we have integrated Nedbank Cardless Withdrawal first. This provides you with access to a network of over 5,000 ATMs and a range of leading retailers nationwide for voucher redemption. More retailers and banks will be added in the coming months.

Practically, this means you can have cash your hands in just a few taps:

  1. Open the Zeam app and tap Cashout → Nedbank Cardless Withdrawal

  2. Enter the amount you want

  3. Receive an SMS with your voucher number and PIN

  4. At any of the following locations, choose Cardless Withdrawal, then enter your voucher number and PIN:

    • Nedbank ATMs

    • Checkers & Checkers Hyper

    • Shoprite

    • Usave

    • House & Home

    • OK Foods

    • OK Furniture

    • Pick n Pay

  5. Collect your cash
